I looked up a you tube video and guy took fender and inner fender off, I was like why do all that they are basically right above & beside the frame . I shall do the same.thanks muchI undid them part way and peeled them forward.
Oh ya, frick, leave the fender! I used the brake rotor to hold the liner when I peeled it forward. No damage or crease to the liner. Gave me lots of room to work in thereI looked up a you tube video and guy took fender and inner fender off, I was like why do all that they are basically right above & beside the frame . Oh I see that's a great tip !! Thanks @Maximus GladiusOh, and another thing, while I was in there changing those out on the passenger side, it gave me the opportunity to drop the AUX battery, take it out, charge it up, and put it back.
If you’re also interested, the TCM connector (transmission control module) is right there and a great time to undo that, do a visual inspection of corrosion, spray it clean inside with DeoxIT D5, blow that off and overlap spray DeoxIT Shield and put it together.
I’ve done some mudding and water fording a few times which would have seen that connector exposed to all that so I’m glad I took some care of it and buttoned it back up.
