Ia anyone using the Clayton adjustable track bar? They say they've tested it to be able to store a 37 inch spare. The Nitto Ridge Grappler is the tire they have pics of stored underneath but say all 37s will fit with it - even some 38s. I'm thinking of order 37 inch Kanati Trail Hogs and installing Clayton's track bar to fit the spare. Just wondering if anyone is presently doing this.

I have the equivalent Metalcloak rear track bar with a bend. The MC has a very minimal bend, and it fits easily with my 37s. Clayton’s bend is more pronounced so definitely will fit. Like they say, even some 38s probably work.

There is a Thread dedicated to what spares will fit. That Clayton track bar will not be the limiting factor.
Some 37s won’t fit between the frame rails without being deflated. Some people have had to grind away the backside flange of the hitch to fit a 37.
Not sure about 38s fitting, time to read up.

I have the Clayton track bar and have a 37" Eldorado Extreme Mud Claw stuffed in the spare tire location. Plenty of clearance with the track bar. Everything else is a tight fit.

I honestly haven’t noticed if they do. I have close to 5k miles on the trail hogs and they’ve been awesome so far.

Yeah. Have to rotate them often too to keep from cupping on the front. Every outer lug has chunks missing from off roading.
