Clayton states “ Designed and tested allowing clearance for a 37"Nitto Trail grappler. All 37" tires should work, and some smaller 38" tires may work depending on actual tire size, and axle positioning. “ I was curious if anyone tested 38s and which brand/ width were they. Any pictures ? Thanks !

What tire are you running? If BFG, they are known to run smaller than advertised and shouldn't be a problem.
The tire may clear the trackbar but diameter can also be issue between the fame rails & heat shield

I’ve got a 37x12.5 Baja Boss AT at 28psi under mine using the Clayton track bar. The specs show the tire as 36.7”. It fits but is very tight. I do a five tire rotation and if I’m alone I end up crawling back underneath at least a couple of times to get it lined up well enough to go back up.

I have the Clayton Off-road rear track bar. I am running Toyo Open Country M/T 37x13.5x17 aired up to 40 psi, and I have room to spare. I did have to remove my exhaust heat shield.

I have a Synergy offset trackbar with 37’s. Mine are Pategonia M/T’s. Plenty of room left in front and rear.

it's less about the track bar and what the width of your frame rails are. That dimension will ultimately determine what fits under it. The bent track bars will give you clearance in that front/back direction but you need to match the left/right dimension too.
