Oracle replacement LED's bulbs

I'm sure this has been asked before but I've currently got my wife's Gladiator pulled apart and could do with an answer.

Bought Oracle's LED replacement bulbs which arrived super fast - so fast that they've not been able to answer two of my emails asking this question apparently.

Installed the running lights, easy and working great. I noticed that the fine print on the tail light/blinkers states they have to have a load equalizer installed on them. Annoying but ok - i can order a couple of those.

The front blinkers - do they also need a load equalizer? There's nothing on the website that says they do. The Gladiator is a Rubicon btw. So has a seperate blinker bulb. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update.

Oracle replied and said the front blinkers do need a load equalizer - same as the rears. Well I put the fronts in and no hyperflash WITHOUT an equalizer. Pretty sure they must be talking about the combo bulb.
