Clutch noise/clunk when warmed up

I have searched a few different topics on this, but nothing has come close to what I am now hearing on my 2020 JTR 6 speed. There is a clunk or slight grind when in gear and the clutch engages/ disengages. Attached is and example the loudest I have heard it and of course after driving around a bit. I am in 1st gear and engaging and disengaging the clutch at slow speeds. The Jeep only has 21k on it. I've checked around under the jeep to see if it was driveshaft related, but havent been able to pin point anything.

Thanks for this, the only difference is they seem to be talking about 4Low operations where mine is happening in 2wd on the street.
