CMM off-road bracket for a console holster

I'd like to add a console holster to my JT and stumbled upon this adapter that I think I could use. Ideally, I'd like it as close to the console as possible for a low profile. Anyone used such a setup? How did you adapt it? What holster did you use? I'm thinking I could use a simple IWB kydex holster w/o the belt clips.

Also, any idea how they inset the adapter as shown below?

I used an Alien Gear holster mount in the center console of another truck years ago and really liked it. I carry on my side or not at all now because of where I work. I am not allowed to take any guns or ammo inside the gate at work so I leave them at home.

Ordered the CMM mount. As for the flush mount, I didn't dig into it too much, but there's a plug in that location covering something. Now to pick a suitable holster...
