Cold air intake and steering stabilizer worth it?

Looking for advice with the value of purchasing a cold air intake and changing my steering stabilizer. First, are they worth the upgrade? The steering seems a bit loose and heard a lot of good hype regarding cold air intakes. More HP, for example. if so, what do you all recommend? Thanks Jeep family.

I wouldn't do it any other way. I also installed a Magnaflow Rock Crawler exhaust prior to the CAI. It growls...in a good, not too much, way!
