Cold running seems a bit clunky...not sure if an issue

2020 Mojave. Pulling out of the garage and down a long driveway, we go slow and at the slow speed and cold engine, the truck almost seems to lunge a bit, hesitate, then has full power again.

With full accelleration, this doesn't seem to be an issue.

I am not sure if this is even an issue, but curious if anyone else feels this?
