Color choice for Mojave

99% of the time, I am in the camp with most folks that think that colored accents (Rubicon, Mojave) and colored finishes tend to clash a lot. But, when I was in the dealership over the past weekend, there was a Snazzberry Mojave 6 feet from the desk where we were signing our paperwork, and I cannot deny that the orange and snazzberry actually look really nice together. Snazzberry is a bold color choice for sure, but it's not nearly as loud as something like Gecko or Nacho.

It oddly reminded me a bit of Thanksgiving dinner (cranberries and sweet potatoes).

My vote is for Snazzberry, all the way.

I like snazzberry (duh), but NOT on the Mojave.
Not really on the Rubicon either, but its not as bad.
I think it looks awful with the orange accents.

When looking, the first snazzberry Gladiator I got to see in person was a Mojave.
It almost turned me off from the color.
Started to consider Sting-gray, until I got to see the 80th in Snazz.

South Florida Jeeps.
They have atire carrier version as well. I honestly should have gone with that one.

My Willys is Sting-gray. My wife, 4 year old son and I play a game while driving. Every time someone spots a Jeep (Wrangler) it’s worth one point. A Gladiator is worth two points, but a Snazzberry Gladiator, we call that a unicorn. It’s worth 3 points!

I have to admit, I like that I seem to have the only Snazzberry Galdiator in my town.
I have yet to see another on the road either.

I don’t see anything wrong with using different color names for different brands...as long as the names make sense.

Sarge, Dozer, Commando, make sense on a Jeep. Octane red —a.k.a. Snazzberry— makes sense on a Dodge.

Snazzberry, on the other hand, doesn’t make any sense on anything.

Still, that doesn’t mean Snazzberry isn’t a great color.

My wife calls it Schnazzleberry.
Not sure if the similarity to that was their intent.

Well, regardless, the actual term Snazzberry makes the average American think of the scene from Super Troopers where the 3 stoned kids are licking the windows in the back of a cop car... Jeep knew what they were doing ?

That was actually one of my first choices - the blue and orange look great together.

But, in Florida, if you drive around a blue and orange vehicle, everyone will walk up to you asking if you're a Gators fan...

The cute color names, despite being DCJR family colors and already named, are targeting women.

If they were targeting men with colors, the colors would be (at most):

Jeep really should have 3 colors that are always available in every lineup:
Freedom Blue
Freedom Red
Freedom White
These being the actual colors of the American flag, not just a red and blue. The official red in the flag is a dark red, not a show-off red.
