computer transmission issue

hello. my first post. I have a 2021 gladiator Mojave. got it in may. was driving. had 149 miles on it, and flop! out of nowhere would not go over 10mph. its an automatic trans. called road side, which is a big joke!! had to get a tow from a garage. after 2 hours. lol. dropped it off a dealer. said they would get to it asap. 5 days later. was told it needed a new computer for trans. ok. ordered it. now the fun began. been at dealer for 5 fn weeks. even opened a claim with Chrysler. every week same b.s. ooo next week it will be in. so. im in a jam. its a leased truck. however. I won't feel safe if/when it gets repaired. will be contacting a lawyer to solve this problem, anyone else in this spot? ty

There's really no reason to not feel safe when it gets repaired. The biggest problem, right now, is getting parts to complete some repairs.

If it's been out of commission for five weeks, I would be contacting a lawyer experienced with the Lemon Laws in your state. Also, contact the Leasing Company about stopping payments until it is repaired.
