Engine rattle and transmission issue 3.6L 8AT

So I've got a weird engine rattle coming from the driver side, sounds lower end and it occurs in gears 2-4, at low speeds and partial throttle(5-40%). Happens more on hills but will happen on flat roads, warm or cold engine and ambient Temps. Sounds like a diesel rattle but i have the gas motor. Additionally when in 4th gear, same driving as above issue, itll shift into 4th then it Jenks like it's shifting into 5th but doesn't and then after accelerating it'll shift into 5th. It's not revving then shifting it more like it's a pseudoshift and then as I continue trying it'll shift into 5th normally and fine after that. Any ideas? I've tried higher octane fuel based on other threads and it doesn't help, I've done the power brake and Rev and it doesn't reproduce the sound.

First, @JeepCares isn't for mechanical questions, they are a go between for customers when dealing with dealers.

Second, take it to the dealer and have them go over it before it becomes catastrophic and grenades the motor and/or the transmission.

Have the dealer look at it. If they can't find anything, have them put it back in learning mode, and then follow the break-in suggestions in the owner's manual.

Arm yourself with solid data and get an engine and transmission oil analysis done. I had both issues. The rattling in the engine was issues with my camshaft and my engine still has a glycol consumption problem, 10 ounces coolant per oil change period. My transmission had the shuddering but it mostly had a whine that started at 20k kms. At 24k I pulled an oil sample and lab alerted me to glycol contamination from the factory. Transmission implodes at 32,800k. Clutch material lines the bottom of the pan and the pump is shot. I performed all my maintenance according to the book and the dealership and FCA Canada has tossed it in the garbage and walked away, in fact I paid to tow it home and when it arrived my whole electrical system was malfunctioning. They are now on legal notice to fix it.
