Constant whine - throttle body

What is this beeping/whine sound indicate? Whines when key is on, before starting, goes away with key off.

I unhooked my ground cables per Mopar instructions for my trailer brake install. When I hooked back up, I’ve gotten this noise which I don't think was there prior.

Sounds kinda like a vacuum leak. There’s an electric vacuum pump on the very front of the motor.

……I’ll check that out, but it is with the engine off. It seems like an electrical tone but don’t know! ??‍

I had another look…. it is coming from the throttle body. While the key was on, and the noise was occurring, I unplugged as shown in the pic, and noise stopped. Plugged back in, silent, key off and then back on, constant beep/whine returns.

Jeep starts and runs fine, but don’t think the noise at key on, before starting, is normal….

Mine doesn't whine like that. Not sure what it is though. I'm sitting in mine now and before start and after start no whining noise.

Mine makes that noise if I have the ignition on, but the engine isn't running. Once the engine is on this should go away. It's nothing to worry about.
