Could this be a manifold gasket leak or is it a lifter issue

Can’t figure out what’s going on with my jeep but it’s driving me crazy. There is a ticking sound when accelerating and reving. It’s not to bad just at idle. It’s very annoying.

I’ve gone to 2 dealerships. First one declined working on it because I changed my own oil. I found receipts to show what oil I used and then was blown off by dealership. Took it to another one and they said they can hear the noise but jeep runs and performs to spec. Said since no check engine light they couldn’t work on it. It’s so hard to get an appt at dealerships now that I’m getting fed up. Most dealerships near me are booked up 3-4 weeks.

Fingers crossed dealership will look at it and fix it. Taking it to my 3rd different dealership. I keep getting the run around because no check engine light
