2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland
36mo / 12K miles
MF: .00226
RV: 62%
DAS: First payment only.

Assuming standard fees you are looking at a lease payment $630 effective before tax. The problem is your discount is very poor (under 10% MSRP) and you don't mention any rebates. You should be able to get around $3500 in rebates on this model. If you got another $3500 off, it would drop the price to $520/mo before tax.

These terms are with FCA. US Bank may have better terms, but I do not have access to those.

I would bet that if you financed one for the same term and traded it in at the end of what the term would be for a lease you'd have equity vs. having nothing at the end of a lease.

You can still have equity in a lease. I've sold my leases before. It's the same as a finance when you go to trade one in. They simply offer you a value for your lease/finance and anything over your payout quote at the time is your equity.

Bro i leased mine through US bank and only gave 1k down. With 6k upside-down from trade in and got a sport s, 42 month for 549.52 a month. Hence i was exactly 6k negative which is pretty bad haha, they offered 23k for my trade in at the dealership and paid off exactly 29k that i had left on my loan. I believe i got an ok deal. Dont remwmber numbers correctly but i belive sticker price was 44k-45k something in between and i believe i got it down to like 40k if not mistaken. Anyways, basically me with my 1k down and desent credit, ended up with that 549 paymeny.

My sticker on an Overland North Edition last month was $50,340. Paid first month only at signing on a 10k 39mo lease, costs me $494/month.

Does that include taxes and no other costs at signing

One of the main rules of thumb is don't put money down on a lease. Defeats the purpose of it and it masks the cost.

I would say 577 would be a decent price if you were sub 1k down.

if you lease with a low money factor you can still trade in with equity
