Dealer Inventory Search Tool on Jeep.com inaccurate?

Is there some magic trick to using the inventory search tool on jeep.com? I select the base things I am looking for (sport, max tow, white), the search runs and i get "exact matches".... However, when I click on the specific vehicle and view it on the dealers page......the dealer page and the window sticker are non max tow sports. Am I missing something very obvious, or is this just some sort of ploy to get you to engage with a dealer?

Jeep website is how i found my Gladiator, 120 miles away.
Focus on the one or two things you really want. in my case, it was max tow and the color.
then learn how to read the msrp. you'll start to realize that the 24s package is pretty much included in every vehicle and the cost adder because of it. i then selected the 'prefered package' along with my selection which narrowed the field but i needed to expand my search distance. when clicking over to the dealers website, the dealer's site was spot on with the window sticker. it had my minimum basic requirements but it may have more than what you are looking for.
there were a lot with the cold weather package available, really? in southern California?
you have to be careful with dealer 'add-ons' that will increase overall cost.

color body fenders -- btw, in June, you could not build a max tow with body colored fenders.
