Def Low will not restart even though full

Any input on this? During my last trip had a major hit in gas mileage 13mpg and went through a bunch of def. Had a small trailer and a couch on back but winds where obnoxious IE 60mph+. Haven’t done the new March TSB DEF update. Anyway to verify fluid level? Besides gauge lol. Anything I should check. Might try to add some def to see what it does. Curious if it could have crystallized in the tank sticking the sender and giving me a false full reading.

Us with newer than October 2021 have no TSB or recall. It's fixed on our trucks.
