Yes, multiple times. In fact, I had an order together with about 2 years worth of filters I forgot to submit so thanks for reminding me. They're located in NJ not far from me so every time I order it basically comes next day.

I did not get a new oring on my fuel filter. I did request one through email and they were prompt to respond and say they would find and send one yet I have not received it yet.. this was 2 weeks ago. luckily i had bought from docs also and stole that one for now. Got 15k more miles to worry about it i guess.
