Was driving to work and noticed the speedometer 20 to 30 mph different than the manual one. Can I fix this or do I have to go to dealer...I don't have a tazer.

I have a manual and this happened to me after i stalled. It seemed like the speedometer recalibrated at the speed it stalled at. Mine wasnt off by 20 or 30 mph, about 10 mph. When you turn the jeep off, is the needle stuck at 20mph?

If so, just toggle the jeep from the off position to the run position and let the needle go up and back down. Everytime you do this the needle should go back down a little to the correct position and eventually be correct.

Not sure if the needle is off or the digital spedo jumped...but doing 50 on the needle the digital was showing 80.

Did you mistakenly swap the display from MPH to KPH. That happened to my wife in her Cherokee.

I'm laughing with you not at. :like:
The ones of us that have used both km and miles figured that.. Being 100 kph is 62 mph after living in Europe for about 7 years, some things are second nature.
I might have changed it over in a vehicle or two as a joke on someone before. :giggle:

When you have the digital mph on you will switch to kph if you hold the ok button which can easily be done if you rest your hand over the buttons
