I recently took my front doors off for the first time. Now, sometimes when I go to open the passenger or driver’s doors, they will not open more than an inch or two. I end up having really pull the door to get it to open. What is causing this problem? How do I fix it?

Did you reconnect the check arm/bolt to jamb?

Did you make sure it’s screwed in all the way? And seated flush against the door jamb?

Yes

yes. I thought that it may be the issue, so I unscrewed them and screwed them in again. It is still happening though. Should I try it again? Thank you.

Take it to the dealer. You don’t want it to go from bad to worse. Probably need to take off the door panel and see what’s going on inside.
