I'm all buttoned up on the aux reverse lights, unable to check the system until I put the jeep back on the ground. The factory LED lights are effectively tripled in output with the Oracle setup. Very nice design and installation was easy. I already had the spare tire removed for replacing the exhaust system…So the wiring with the plug & play pigtail was good
Glad to hear all went well! Be sure to share some photos with us when you can. We'd love to see your set up!

I installed your lights as per your instructions. Why don’t you tell me why the polarity might be wrong?
My man, they need to walk through what you've done and check if any mistakes were made. It's very possible something wasn't done 100% right. As a former MECP tech, even I made bone-headed mistakes and had to re-do an install. It happens. As has been said a few times here, you need to troubleshoot, and Diode Dynamics is even willing to help troubleshoot with you on the phone. That's great support in my book.

Do the basics: bench test the lights to ensure they turn on properly. Test the vehicle wiring to ensure it's providing voltage when fogs are engaged. You gotta start somewhere, but complaining that an install didn't go perfectly smooth right away and refusing to try anything else isn't a start.

Unfortunately, everything in this thread has been you complaining that something on your end isn't working so it's up to everyone else to fix it (whether it's the lights, or the ability to upload photos, it's always someone else's issue).

As stated, I installed this system in a new front winch bumper, utilizing the factory harness. The new bumper was on the work bench, everything was installed properly. I just retired as an airline pilot, but I’ve held an A&P/IA license from the FAA for 45yrs. I’m currently rebuilding an airplane in the shop. I’ve been deeply involved in vehicle electrical systems for a long time. When I get the jeep back on the ground, I’ll troubleshoot the fog lamps.

I hope you have better luck with MP Concepts than I did. I’ve never bought a bigger piece of trash in my life. nothing fit right and their finish is deplorable. It’s aluminum, so I bent everything into shape ok, but I had to completely take it apart and sand the shit powder coat down and paint and clear like I bought an unfinished bumper. That pic is after paint and clear and drying in the sun

I’m posting this hoping someone thinking about buying one sees it and thinks twice. I probably would have been screwed if I didn’t know paint and body. The place I bought it from is known for being terrible about returns.

My MP was a pain to install, overall though, I think it will do the job just fine. I was trying to minimize the weight gain mainly. I found some flat black rattle can paint, that blends so well, you can’t even see where you touched it up! I also wouldn’t use their front tow hooks, I put the stock rubicons on it.

That winch plate is a POS too. I ended up buying a Warn winch plate. I could not make it work with my Apex 12k without seriously modifying it and I didn’t want to do that because it was only 3/16” steel when all the rest I’ve seen are 1/4”.

I had the same thoughts as you. That’s what I bought it. I wanted a stock ish appearance and save weight. In hindsight, I would have have had the same cost, after adding the winch plate and $100 worth of paint, if I’d just bought the warn winch bumper with the integrated winch plate. Hindsight is 20/20.

I'd recommend giving us a quick call—our in-house customer service team is based right here at our HQ and available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. They’ll pick up right away and can get you taken care of in just a few minutes, whether it’s troubleshooting or a warranty issue!

Please note: Our team will be out of the office on July 4th in observance of the holiday.
so trouble shooting Your Fog lights, no power to plug at back of RT fog light, disconnected main plug at bumper and no power. Pulled both F26 & F29 CB and ohm meter says good. Plug fuses back in and now have power to lights🤷🏼… Lights are very bright! Who knows?
