I’m looking for a little guidance on wiring up my Diode Dynamics stage lights into my bumper. They have the red backlight as well. I have the Lasfit aux switches that I’m going to wire them into. They come with a 4 wire set up. I’m not going to use their switch. My questions are:
1. Do I cut eliminate the red butt connector that went to the Diode Dynamic switch, cut off the fuse/battery terminal wire and run that to my battery?
2. Would I run the yellow wire to the AUX switch wire?
3. The blue wire is for the backlight, how would I tie that in to turn on when I’m running DRL/headlights?
I’ve added the wiring diagram for reference.
