Disable Fender Lights w/Headlights On?

I've seen related threads about disabling the fender lights, and see matching JSCAN entries, but I'm trying to disable my fender lights while the headlights are on. Anyone get that to work? I've read many related, but different threads on the Wrangler forum too...nothing for my use-case.

I'm running OEM LED headlights w/halos enabled and aftermarket Infinite Off-Road LED fender lights. I run my DD fog (driving) lights as my dedicated DRLs during the day...

I have found entries that allow me to disable the DRLs, but even that does not seem to work (even after ECU reset). Maybe it is because I'm running my fog lights as the DRL? I really like the fog light location for DRLs and have them aimed in a way that they are good road-legal lights even at night. I prefer to maintain that setup.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong fields or keywords? Anyone with JSCAN or TAZER (I run both) have any insight here? Thanks!

*EDIT: Obviously, you can physically disable this, but I want to have an easy software option if/when I change my mind. I just might pull those pins...

UPDATE: I am running MOPAR OEM fender lights (was running aftermarket LED fender lights) along with MOPAR OEM LED headlights without a meaningful difference in the situation.

I found that choosing to deactivate the values for left/right dedicated fender light DRL *sometimes* results in the fender lights turning off as desired. In this scenario, normal night driving with other expected values in place (“signature“ halo on, but deactivating “drop” during indicator use). I have tried the variety of ECU resets but do not see any useful change in patterns.

What I want: My DRL location is “fog lights” and I’m using the Diode Dynamics driving lights without issue. This is rock solid and aimed properly, are basically another set of headlights! Day time use with factory voltage on light sensor. Anyhow, I highly recommended this setup and I no longer worry about the duty cycle (on when driving during the day all the time and the heat sinks seem to do their job).

What I do not want: The apparent randomness of my fender lights being on or off. For now, with current settings, I noticed that a remote start of the vehicle where conditions warrant headlights, the fender lights are always on (does not seem to matter if I manually start from within the cabin but I usually remote start). After driving for a bit at night, they will sometimes turn off. I just want them off all the time. When off, they work fine for indicators and I don’t see a problem with anything else. I only discover this when I park and take the time to look at it before shutting things down. Maybe there is a combination where the “drop“ function is playing with this too? This makes me think underlying PWM values/timing values might be at play (a trusted mechanic told me about a different situation but with similar outcomes with LED lights). Anyone else ever try this? What were your results? I may try going back to all factory defaults, but I prefer my alternate DRL location. IF the fender lights are on, I do not want them to “drop” on indicator use.

I’m not much help as I’ve played around a bit as well, but not your specific request. But my truck does the same thing. Change randomly. I set my orange turn signals to be my DRL instead of the pale white halogens. Sometimes when I drive and get out the turn signals are on, other times it’s the white ones again. I can’t make heads or tails of it. I had Diode Dynamics LED headlights in with the orange signals and one would be on, and not the other. Other times an orange halo wouldn’t be on, but the signal light would be. I ended up taking the headlights out as they were all over the place.
All this was done using JSCAN. I don’t have a tazer.
