Has anyone ported & polished their own throttle body on the 3.6? I saw the pictures of the Fastman ported throttle body where he also removes part of the shaft. I would just be looking at smoothing out the leading edge and the slight step down to the machined bore.
I have all the P&P tools , so I was thinking about giving it a shot. I was just wondering if anyone else had done it and what the result was. I'm thinking it is probably not worth it for the amount of time I'll spend on it. I only have experience with doing a Subaru WRX 2.0, where I did a P&P on the exhaust manifolds, intercooler piping, and throttle body. I spent many hours doing it, but the results were very impressive.
