I think it should, assuming isn't using the older spiderballs and uses the cords that wrap around the outside of the roll bar and attach to the nubbins. When in doubt, email them at [email protected]

Since it was Sunday, and the new gladiator has been out a couple years already, I figured maybe somebody on the forum would know the answer faster. I just emailed them. I’ll update the thread with their response.

Yikes!

That's a lot more complicated than my 1998 TJ. The loops and balls only go around the roll bars inside the Jeep.

On the Gladiator, it looks like the windshield and doors close over the shock cord loops. Wouldn't that cause wind noise and leaks? Aren't they visible from outside?

Only four bolts to fold windshield down enough to attach bungee cords. Does not interfere with door or top seals. No added wind or water leaks.

@Mad Mac they had to make a big change from the old spiderball days I had on my 2011 Wrangler. The windshield part is worst part. Getting the balls on the nubs takes some finesse. We did installs on my wife's 24 Wranger and my 25 Gladiator and went pretty quick and easy though totally not as easy at the spiderball days - but then again those didn't have to deal with air bags of the current generation, and these cover much better around the edge of the Jeep. There is no noise from the bungees being wrapped around.

Okay, great.

When I want to drive naked, I have my '98 TJ purchased in 2014 in the garage with a Spider Web Shade. Have had the shade installed full time for ten years and been very pleased with it. Drove it a lot before the '21 Gladiator purchased in '23.

I highly recommend Spider Web Shade.

Spiderwebshade replied to my email and confirmed the info @double J already posted.

Hi Pic18,

The shade itself is the same.

All of our shades for 2018 to newer are set to work with the side airbags. The only thing you need to make sure you have are these nubbins. I have provided the link to them below.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Sincere Thanks,

Not familiar with that shade….. Just for informational purposes…

I bought a shade that attaches with tabs to the screw holes on the center rollbar.
On the 2024’s (Mojave X’s perhaps?), there are two bolt holes on each side.
The shade I bought …only has ONE tab on each side.
So yea..there can be some differences between 2024’s and earlier , it just depends no how theyā€˜re attached.

The beauty of Amazon….. I can order stuff and return it. šŸ˜†

I’m still looking for a shade for mine…. I’m not a fan of the ā€˜bungee’ attachments.

Yes but do bear in minds the 24' and on have air bags in the roll cage now. and as such, you want to make sure your not installing a system that will interfere or inhibit the function of said airbags. Also worst case scenario you don't want the airbags forcefully yeeting hardware of said spiderweb shaded into you head in the event they need go off.

I had the JTops on my 2020, solid product but they haven't done squat about the newer models. What they did for the Wrangler was a big step back, ditching their straps for Velcro that you're supposed to leave on. I wasn't impressed never installed it since they didn't send any instructions and missing some of the application items too.
