Does this sound right for tire mounting and balancing

Recently, I had 5, 37' tires swapped from one set of rims to another set of rims plus new TPMS sensors. cost was $220. A local shop did it.

Bought 5 tires on a Walmart sale online around Christmas. Finally got them to a Walmart for mounting and balancing. $100 for all 5. They did a good job, no vibrations and they use torque wrenches for lug nuts.
