Just spoke with Retrax and they will not be making a cover for the gladiator. Their response is posted below....

"Unfortunately we are not making a cover for the Jeep Gladiator. The angled gas tank poses a unique challenge as we have no space to drop out canister in. Also there is no place to clamp the cover on to as these rails do not allow us to use a “C” clamp to attach to the bed. The underside of these are closed off not allowing us to secure"

Uh....C clamp worked just fine attaching my tonneau cover? Think they're only closed if you have the trail rails.

Yep. My top is attached with C clamps. Side trail rails are not installed though. They would interfere as you said.

I have seen a lot of toppers, racks, and covers attached with clamps but I thought maybe their mounting system was different.....

If you look at their site it's pretty clear what doesn't work... the C-clamp thing might be a conflict for trail rail users but given the cover rolls into the bed space over the wheels instead of on top, there's clearly no place between the rails to put it because of the gas nozzle wedge.

Retrax is nice and better built than the RR retractable. I have the RR and it’s not terrible, but they did find a way to work their canister in.
