Door Trim Flew off at highway speed

Every time I buy a Jeep there is always something minor that goes wrong within the first weeks. Nothing major, just silly things. Last weekend I was accelerating onto the highway when I heard a noise from my passenger door. I pulled off the next exit and noticed a trim piece on the door behind side mirror flew off. I covered it with electrical tape until I could get it replaced. The dealer replaced it under warranty. Has anyone else had this happen?
