I originally was going to go unpainted fenders but I just think the painted ones look that much better. I know about putting some type of rubber to prevent rocks from getting stuck and I will most likely cut them for further clearance. Worst case is I'll put some plastic protective film on them to help prevent chips.I would ditch the painted fenders. I put 35x12 on the day I got it and it flings all kinds of shit onto the leading edge of the rear fender.
My build was pretty similiar to yours otherwise.... I would suggest getting the OEM front camera. it's not an expensive option and it's seemless.
I'm planning on the Rugged Ridge Arcus bumper, it checks all the boxes for me and is reasonably priced. I'm going with the Warn 10s when the time comes.
How's the weight on those wheels? I have AEV wheels and they're HEAVY! I can def feel it though I have a manual gasser.
