I've noticed recently that between 60 and 70 MPH there is a low frequency oscillation seeming to come from the drive shaft. You know that sound when there are two vacuum cleaners running or two fans running at the same time and the motors go in and out of sync? kind of a low "waa waa waa'" sound. I just noticed it the other day and now it's all I can focus on! it's ruining my life! My wife left me, my dog s all ran away and I just lost all of my hair!! Please help!!

Seriously though, anybody else having this issue?

Are you sure it is driveshaft? You said between 60-70. No mods to the truck? Difference loaded vs. unloaded? Have you changed tire pressures etc. to rule out tires.
In an old car, I had a driveshaft out of phase but that was with leaf springs and I could change it with accelerating therefore changing my pinion angle.
Have also seen that there was some driveshaft recalls etc. Check your date of manufacture and search this site to see if it falls under that category.

Yup, I can tell by the sound that I have crossed over 60mph. No, I’m not convinced it’s the drive shaft, just a preliminary guess. I’ve installed helper air bags in the rear springs but only inflate when I tow my camper. I haven’t changed tire pressure but will do that today. Load doesn’t seem to affect it.
