I have to admit there are some good ones and really bad ones in the bunch. Quadratec I have emailed twice and called twice. Each time I have called they put me on permanent hold - we are experiencing a high number of calls. I waited for over 30 minutes to talk to a live person. Heck I think one of the rounds I waited for over an hour and no one picked up. With my card in my hand ready to order a side step. Forgetitaboutit - going to the local dealer to pick it up with a greater discount and price.
Good companies are just that - solid all the way around. This is when we should really step up our game and really show our clients just how much they mean to us. That they are why we are in the business. Not the other way around. I vote with my money, don't answer the phone, don't answer my emails, don't respect me as a potential client or as a current client - I'll take my business somewhere that will.

I have had issues during these times with a lot of online companies. I noticed on the motorcycle side of things the same issues. Calling, emailing, calling, emailing, social media, no answer, no replies, or call backs. I eventually did end up contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges for parts that I never received.

On the flip side, I have had some excellent customer service during these times. RockHard 4x4, NisMopar etc. to name a couple.

Jumping on the customer service (or lack of) bandwagon. I’ll never buy anything from 4WD.com again. I actually had to file a claim and won through PayPal. They’re absolutely the worst vendor I’ve ever dealt with. I’m trying to stick to small local shops and made in the USA as much as possible now.
