EAG front bumper install questions

Read through the many posts regarding installation of the EAG brand front bumpers but not finding the answer to this specific question. Not a big fan of stubby bumpers and no plans to do any serious rock crawling so I am looking at getting and installing the bumper pictured below when my Mojave comes in. The questions I have is will the front skid plate will work with this? Will need to be trimmed? or Do I need to find another option like the one in the picture? I like the looks of this, has the winch plate and will work with the factory fogs.
