Extended Warranty that covers [Diesel] emissions equipment?

Has anyone heard of or know anything about an extended warranty that would cover the expensive emissions equipment? This would be the only reason I might buy an extended warranty for the diesel...

I think the emission part has a 100k warranty (if I recall).

According to the manual some of the emissions equipment is only covered for a short time, even shorter than the bumper to bumper coverage.

I've never seen a warranty for that.
