Factory roll-up tonneau and drop-in bedliners - compatible or not?

Does anyone have any insight into compatibility issues with either the Mopar or Rugged drop-in bedliner and the factory roll-up tonneau cover?

Does anyone have any insight into compatibility issues with either the Mopar or Rugged drop-in bedliner and the factory roll-up tonneau cover?

UPDATE:
They are in fact compatible, but not out of the box. It requires cutting out the corners of the front wall of the bedliner to allow the tonneau cover mounting brackets to install directly to the bed wall. Easily done with a box cutter.
The tailgate protector also needs to be modified by cutting off the top portion as it prevents the tailgate from closing with the tonneau closed.

Thanks for posting this...3+ years later, looking for insight on which tonneau to buy with Duraliner (there when I bought our lightly used '23 JTO). Glad my DH works for Trader Joe's with box-cutters a-plenty!! LOL!!!

Did you file down the rough edges? And, which cover did you end up purchasing? Happy with it? Thanks!!
