I have a 2020 Rubicon Gladiator with a weird quirk that's driving me nuts. If I leave the blower controls on a manual setting when I turn the Jeep off, the fan will start back up at that setting when I crank the Jeep up. If I have it set to "Auto" when I turn it off, once I turn it back on, it will not go above 1 on the fan speed and I can't change it. With the engine still running, if I set the fan speed to 5 (still blowing at 1) and then turn the jeep off and open the door to turn it all the way off, then start it back up, the fan will come on at the higher fan speed. From that point, I can reengage the Auto setting and everything will work just fine. The only thing that I must do is to manually turn the fan speed back up high before I turn the jeep off again. I just replaced the fan motor thinking that the relays to adjust the fan are integrated into the motor, but that didn't change anything. I've had the TSB done that addressed the hot air problem. I've made sure that all the fuses are properly engaging the fuse block, also made sure that everything plugged into the CanBus is set correctly. Where else should I look now? I've got other electrical gremlins going on, but this one is pissing me off the most. Suggestions??
