I got my Gladiator back from the dealer this afternoon after they looked into warranty repairs on a sun visor, back interior door panel and fender liner. One of my sun visors fell out due to a failed plastic retainer and the back door panel won’t stay seated flush onto the door. Both are approved for replacement but I was told it will be a couple of weeks or more for them to get the parts out of Detroit. Finally, I had asked the dealer to look at a fender liner where foam stripping had worked it’s way from the backside to the front through a plastic rivet and was hanging out in the wheel well (dealer said there was no problem found!).

I’m happy with the gladiator overall, but the trim pieces are crap!

My driver side visor is loose too. Keep having to pop it back in

After 1 year both my driver and passenger visors broke off that retaining piece. It's not like we abused them, we use them like anyone else would. I bought and replaced the passenger myself but have not been annoyed enough to replace the driver side.

Yup - just had my driver's side visor replaced for that exact same thing. I presume the replacement will eventually go, too. I've NEVER had that happen in any vehicle I've ever owned, and I've owned lots. Crappy design and materials, IMHO...
