I called the FCA Incentives Department, was told that there will be no incentives available for any Gladiator. Which means that the tread lightly is not going to apply anywhere. The dealer has to submit a form for that once you buy. Basically will pay that discount until the Affiliate control number clears FCA. If it doesn’t clear they’re screwed out of the discount that was give. I’m thinking they will not be excepting the discount.

For anyone on the thread who appreciates the help of other members, I found Access Fund (climbing advocacy group) out of Boulder was the cheapest member (non-employee) FCA affiliate. I paid $35 to join and had my control number in 2-3 weeks. Obviously the control number may not be honored by dealer/FCA, but it was worth the risk in my opinion to only be out $35.

The place in NC that sold a bunch to members will be between a rock and a hard place if this holds up. Not sure how they'd make a dime if they are selling for 7% under invoice without being reimbursed by FCA for the control numbers buyers plan on using.

Humor us, and do a little homework. LE invoice is $58,379, so 1% under would be $583.79 less than that, or $57,795.21. Of course, you already stated that you are getting the LE at MSRP of $62,310 so that sounds like your purchase price. It depends on what price you negotiated when you put your deposit down. Again, check with your dealer to see if they will honor TL or other FCA pricing after the fact.

I’d pay 1% OVER MSRP... if it would speed up delivery of my Granite LE! ;{

I'm buying a Granite LE at invoice price. Dealer wasn't sure if my employer affiliate discount would be honored. He did look it up and see it in the system. If any LE buyers do get the affiliate discount I'd like to know.

It’s 5-7%

So in this case, if this is true, it will be 5-6%

Either way. The guarantee is 5% even without the affiliate pricing. Still a slammin deal.

You’re talking to the wrong people about the wrong thing. Affiliate discounts are independent of incentives. When Jeep offers incentives those are in addition to affiliate (1% under invoice) or employee pricing (5% under).

I am getting a 1% discount from my dealer for TL FCA Affiliate control #. However, I agreed for a price of 4% below MSRP which is not exactly Invoice, so I am getting 1% off that which makes it 5% off MSRP which puts me close to Invoice and I was happy with that :). Just check with your dealer and insist on what they can do for you and sometimes they budge... I basically mentioned that there were dealers in the forum that were offering far less if I am willing to travel out of state and negotiated that way... FYI.

I negotiated exactly like that and I’m getting my LE at invoice, at $58379! They didn’t like the idea of loosing the sale.

Looks like the writing was on the wall weeks ago.

They tried, it was a good shot...
Agreed. They are still offering a far better deal than 99% of the dealers across the US. One thing most people don't realize is that buyers that have an EP or CDI number WOULD save 11% off MSRP, or 5% under invoice - IF they were compatible on the JT. So yeah, the deal they are offering is still all that in my opinion.
