I have a 2021 Willy’s Sport with a level kit on the front. I have 35”s and will need new tires soon and want to go with 37”s. I’ll eventually lift it 2.5” but currently just have it leveled.

Has anyone done a fender chop kit with a level kit and fit 37”s? I’m looking at motobilts fender chop support bracket as my fender is already messed up from a car accident. Thanks in advance!

As long as you don’t plan on immediately flexing it out on a trail you should be fine. May any to adjust bump stops a bit if you want to be super safe.

your other option is high clearance fenders. That gives you the room you want without as much lift needed but still want to watch bump stops and flex limitations. I’m at 37” on a Mopar 2” with Nemesis high lines and have gobs of travel.

Expect rubbing if you disconnect your sway bars and flex off-road.

If you want a chop bracket with a full light in it I have a set of Infinite offroad chop brackets I am selling. PM me if you are interested.

Also of note, not all " 37's " are created equal. For example it's widely known that BFG tires are way smaller than their listed/labeled height. Meanwhile others are still off, but not by as much as the BFGs.
