They all rust equally the same. It is extremely difficult to get Powder coating in the weld spots.I’m going with FabTech or genright. The customer service from both has been top notch and well priced compared to Road Armor and others.
I have seen a few FL local JL/JT owners with the MC fenders and each one of them is rusting in various spots under the powder coating. YMMV.
I’d be happy to have my mind changed on the MC fenders as they look great for a wider option!
I personally prefer the slim fender look however, anecdotally, have seen MC fenders rusting more than others.
Fishbone, DV8 and RR both make fenders that are more economically priced.
At least up here in the rust belt, they all act the same. My choice for MC came from their CS being willing to overnight stuff if I break something, which the other companies you mentioned do not do. MC has a tremendous track for being tough as shit for armor.
What really sold me, however, was seeing every companies fenders get crushed from a slide into a tree or rock. All except PS and MC. So for functionality, It is a no brainer between those two.
