Finally Ordered!

Just got out of Brown’s in Patchogue, NY. Ordered my Punk’n Rubi, pretty loaded (except the damn steel bumper and Berliner) and walked away at 3% under. It’s not 5, but it works out to me paying an extra 900 bucks to save myself 10-12 hours drive time.
I played with All the colors in my mind, but ultimately I am happy with orange, going with the Rubi instead of the overland, and the no haggle process (except for me trying to push for 4% to no avail).

Dang, that’s such a weight lifted off when I signed that order. Now i get to Hurry up and wait!

Unsure, but I have the order and no bedliner listed or required. Wouldn’t let me pick the steel bumper.

So this was a post gone wrong. I ended up bailing on them due to some misleading info.

The dealer I ended up ordering from told me to expect 10 week. I got mine in 5

What was the misleading info? I’m also on LI and thought Browns or Westbury would be my best shot.

I shopped at every dealer on the island to feel them out except westbury. Huntington was the worst one I went to for the record
I went to the dealership and put my deposit down and gave them my build. Supposedly it was to be ordered that night. Called the next day for my VON and they made up some crap that their system was down, so tried the next day and they said that didn’t order it at all yet and wouldn’t be ordered til Monday. Called Tuesday and still not ordered, so I cancelled. I hate the runaround.

I went to smith haven, got a better deal, and was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes the day I ordered. When I picked it up, I was there an hour and a half (and half of it was just BS’ing with my friend). Great experience there
