And as mentioned in the other post for Stan H, seems like it wouldn’t be any issue. Before I decided what I wanted to do, I found a great old thread about other people and what they did the their JTHAs, linked below. One of the posters in there shows a set of 265/75R20s on their truck (~34s) with no lift. Def worth checking out.
