I say significant because I have had a tree rip a rear fender off. Anyway, I was driving up an easy trail enjoying the views when I hit, hard, a rock with my right font tire. Hit hard enough that my front axle moved to the left enough that my steering wheel was turned 90° to the left. I was able to adjust my drag link enough that The steering wheel was only about 20° off, but that enough that my service Especially Stupid Control warning light came on along with the little car crash scene icon and I had no cruise control. I looked and I can't see any cracks on the track bar mount on either the axle or frame, but I don't know if I bent the track bar or the frame mount. I ordered an adjustable track bar and I will see if I can get everything back in whack.

If I find a crack, I'll post it. I will also post picks of all the dents and dings on the bottom when I clean the truck up. My muffler is hilarious.

There have reports of the drag link slipping in its adjustment after a hard hit.

I had to shorten my drag link to straighten the wheel, so that's not what I an experiencing.

Stopped by the local stealership to look at new Jeeps to possibly see if my track bar frame mount was bent. I couldn't determine anything.

Man if I was you i would check my control arms and bushings and get that thing off the ground to see if there’s any wiggle in it

I will do that when I put in the new track bar, among other things.

So I installed the new track bar (YETI XD) and looked around and the only thing I found was my original track bar came in contact with the sector shaft of the steering box. So it may be that I bent the track bar.

There was one thread where the OP had bent the arm on the sector shaft. Said that he hit one of the front tires into something.
