I have a FlashCal F5 that I purchased about a year ago meaning to use it with a JK but I never did. Over the weekend I opened the box, did the software update, and tried using it on my Gladiator. I can't get past the "Please call customer service" message. It lets me select 2020 Gladiator, then asks me if this is the vehicle I previously used it with. If I answer "no" it goes back to the select vehicle screen. If I select "yes" it says to contact customer service.
It is brand new, never used with another vehicle, not tied to any other VIN.
I am curious if anyone else has seen this and knows a quick fix.
