I am sure everyone is aware of these two products.
https://www.na.rsismartcap.com/components/camp-kitchen
https://www.alu-cab.com/product/side-slide-prep-table/
I am looking to build, or have built, a custom option. The table top part I can do myself, what really am after is the frame or hinges of a system. I am looking to be able to have a table top (with other things) folded up and out of the way against the canopy door. When opening the canopy door I would like to have it fold down, similar to how the smart cap accessory works - but I need it to go MUCH lower. I don't like keeping my arms at shoulder height for cooking. It needs to be between the top of the tire and midpoint of the fender - so normal table height. I also want it to be able to flip up when 'stowed' in the canopy for inside cooking as well.
This will take some injunity and combination of components and hinges, but I am hoping someone here might have an idea already, or has cool CAD software that can mock something up. I do not have fabrication abilities/tools/location, and will have to farm out the guts of the components. I can make some very basic 'idea' templates out of some 1x2's to proof a concept, but still am hoping for some community input.
What are your ideas??
