Fluctuating Coolant Temperature

I noticed today with an outside air temp of 35 degrees fahrenheit my coolant temp. varied between 184 and 201. My heat was set at 76 both sides, fan on low. Do I have a problem? Any help would be welcomed.

Dude, go back to bed, close your eyes, stop worrying and go back to sleep. It's your Jeeps thermostat at work and 17 degree shifts in temperature are fine.
