I have stumbled across a Black LE listed for 3k under MSRP. I know this is not a 5% below invoice deal, is this a good deal on a limited availability Jeep? It was ordered for someone who now doesn't want it. Thoughts? I can't get any local dealers to even budge from MSRP on regular priced Rubicons, so from that standpoint it is an improvement. I'm leaning toward getting in my truck and heading down to do a deal on it.

If you can't get local dealerships to budge it is a good deal for your area.

However, if the MSRP is a lot more than what you want, it isn't worth it.

Sounds pretty good to me, I mean, yes you can order a LE (at least as of yesterday) from some of the known dealers and get 5%, But 3% now isn't half bad. I know one thing, it wont sit for too long, so be quick with the decision.

$3k off about 5% off MSRP..... and that is pretty dope discount...
Not the $54.5k (7% off invoice) discount but better than paying MSRP....
Is it confusing yet?
I think I need a beer now... =P

I think for a car that's sitting on a lot and ready to roll it's an okay deal. If you want more of a discount there's definitely going to be a 1-2 month wait involved.

I'd go for it. Not a single dealer that I've been to in SW Florida is willing to even sell for MSRP. They all think they have something special that commands $3000 to $5000 over sticker.

Had this been a white and close to me, it'd be in my driveway!

I think it is a reasonable deal. If the color suits you then I'd seriously consider it. That's only about a $1200 premium for the LE.
