Folding light bar brackets

Besides the fold down light bar bracket on Zips.com, for $385, has anyone found a product or a DIY solution for making a fold down light bar? I'm trying to come up with a solution for clearing parking garages. You would think it would be a common problem. $385 is a little steep for me.

Many have gotten tired of the additional noise light bars make so they have eliminated them and gone with other options...

Oh, ok. I wasn't aware that a light bar mounted on a chase rack would add any noise to the cab. Thanks for the info.
