Selling my Fox shocks. They were used for four months, six weeks of that time my JT was at the dealership getting an engine replaced so they were barely used, less than 500 miles on them and never made it off-road, all street miles. They are great for the Clayton 3.5 kit. Great shocks, only reason I’m selling is because I got an epic deal on the 2.5ā€˜s with the adjustable reservoir. I paid a little over $700 including tax for the set just trying to recoup some cash. Asking 500 but will take offers.

Would these work on the Clayton 2.5 overland lift? Or are they to long?

They should work, the fronts are a little over an inch longer when compressed and the rears are only .5" longer than the ones that are in the 2.5 kit, but I'm no expert.

So according to Clayton they fit and will work with the 2.5 overland kit. I'm interested!

It's possible there was a slight misunderstanding, those shocks will work, you'll just need to also use a limiting strap to limit travel!

That’s if you plan to be at full flex, with the 2.5 kit it seems more like you’d be overlanding vs rock crawling.
Yeah doubt I'll ever be or very seldom at max articulation. Don't plan on doing Rubicon type rock crawling. Damn and damn AGAIN. @Clayton Off Road is this the shock you recommend for the 2.5 overland lift? Does the lift require a limiting strap or is there a different shock that is a better option?
