I have searched the Forums and am having some challenges confirming part numbers for the Driver verses Passenger (FAD) side Axle seals. I am finding that the research results I'm getting are using the same part number but have also seen where the FAD side is different size than the driver side. Any help would be much appreciated for those that have done it. Yeah, my seal is bad. The image is from the FAD Outer Axle Side.

I think I found it:

Axle Drive Shaft Seal, Left - Mopar (68398727AA)
Axle Drive Shaft Seal, Right - Mopar (68396635AA)

Frustrating for sure. You’re obviously not wrong. If the seal was good, you’d only have oil on that section of the shaft.

At one point I thought I had a bad seal on passenger. I bought the installation tool and then found that it was fine. So it’s still in a box somewhere.
