Aren't these a c-clip axle like older D44's?

We pulled it with a pry bar a d some small hooks and got pretty lucky. Pressed in the new one with a perfectly sized socket and a dead blow hammerThat’s how the axle comes out for sure. I’ve had them out. I don’t know how the seal comes out.
Very interesting, I also have lsd in the rear. I’m gonna have to mount a GoPro down there and see if I can pinpoint the sound, it bugs the crap out of me. With Moab only 6 week away I’m not trying to get stranded out there for something I could have dealt with sooner. It could be a coincidence but that's the same type situations I was having a similar noise from my rear end when it needed a diff service. I do have a Max Tow so limited slip in the back. If that helps.
Hi,for those who have had the axle seal recall done, how long did it take to get parts?
I took mine in April and they ordered parts. Still waiting and have followed up a few times.
@JeepCares is this normal? Almost 6 months waiting on parts
