Fuel line pressure relief help needed.

I'm in the preces of changing my head gaskets and I'm stuck trying to relieve the pressure on my fuel line so I can remove the fuel rails. My shop manual shows you how do it, but you need to be able to run the jeep. I was not able to start the Jeep, so I started tearing everything apart. Can someone tell me how to relieve the pressure? I can't find anything on the internet.

Issue resolved. I was told by another mechanic that since the vehicle has been sitting for a while that the pressure has already bled off. He was right. It leaked a little gas but no big deal.
